MobiMate Subscription Policy

Why do we charge a subscription fee?

WorldMate is more than just software, it is an ever-growing set of online services such as weather forecasts and flight schedules. In order to provide these premium services which are unparalled by any other mobile product, we are required by our content providers to charge a subscription fee. When you subscribe to WorldMate, you enjoy all of these value-enhancing privileges:

1. Quality Service

WorldMate subscribers are eligible for quality, uninterrupted service throughout the period of their subscription, including the online services provided within the application and 24/7 technical support e-mail.

2. Update Insurance: Free Updates and Upgrades

Throughout the term of your subscription, you are entitled to free upgrades and updates. In the case where we upgrade WorldMate to include a new content service, our new content provider may require us to charge you a small fee should you wish to access that new service. Even if you choose not to pay, you will still receive all other upgrades for free, during the course of your subscription.

3. Device Switching Insurance: Change Device or even platform Freely!

Throughout the term of your subscription, you can move your subscription to a new handheld device – whether of the same platform (e.g. from one Palm OS device to another) or to any other platform supported by WorldMate! As a subscriber you are free to move your subscription from Professional Edition on one platform to Professional Edition or Standard Edition on another platform. WorldMate currently supports:

4. Refund policy

MobiMate would like to help ensure that you have an outstanding purchasing experience. We suggest that you first confirm the product you have selected is compatible with your phone. Furthermore, you may wish to try the trial version before completing your purchase. MobiMate provides a 30-day full refund if any of the following occurs:

* The software you purchased isn't compatible with your phone .

* The software download failed.

* The software is defective and the problem isn't resolved within 30 days of your purchase .

If you have a problem with one of our products after purchase, please go to www.mobimate.com/support so that we can assist you.

All refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as the original purchase. By receipt of a refund, the purchaser agrees to remove and delete the software, all of its components, any registration codes, and fully downloaded versions from the device and/or computer. All refunds are final and shall serve as the sole remedy for any claims relating to the purchase, download, use or inability to use the MobiMate software application(s), unless such limitation is otherwise prohibited by law.

Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds if you replace you r phone with a new model which we do not support .
